My cooking obsession is True Lime (a granular version of lime) as I'm a lime addict. I just ordered a box of 500 packets I use it so much! After realizing 500 packets is really a lot of lime for a family to have, I went to their website to find recipes to try. Found a great one & realized it was submitted by a friend of mine +Christopher Penn. I will be making this dish this week! Sometimes the world – and the Internet – really are small!

Sad. This reminded me of my aunt's husband. He cooked the best ceviche I've ever tried. He was Peruvian, so he'd been cooking it since he was a kid. RIP
