The overall theme of the conference seemed to be "get a mentor" (or coach). Luckily it is part of what I do professionally. I am still, over a week later, getting 3-4 inquiries a day for my services. Go out in person and network ladies!!
Interested in attending a similar conference? You should think about putting one together in your area! The women that put this one together did it because they saw a need and now see the benefits. Don't wish – DO!

This "get a mentor" stuff.. I'm 53, have never had a mentor in any of my tech life. I'm lucky enough to have a few friends to vent to, but all my tech learning, experience, decisions, I've made myself. I'm jealous of those who have mentor or coach.
