It was recommended to me over the weekend. One of the attendees of my talk said what I spoke about reminded her of this book. Stats are a bit stale but the ideas are sound.

Unfortunately we live in the monopoly world. Even to do good in a organized and structured manner one need funds, which is unfortunate, but real. 🙁
Surprisingly the book isn't all about money. It's about balance.
