This I suspect is a 'benefit' of being employed vs. being a small business owner. Still, +Sheryl Sandberg is right – men and women should think about leaving work at a decent time to spend more time in their lives & with their families. (PS-Even those without children need to spend time out of work & with friends/family.)

When I was working at a company, I left work when I felt done "enough" which often was 6-7:30pm – just depends on the culture of the company.
I do…leave every day by 4:30ish (start at 8ish)
Seriously working crazy hours and having no family life is a real problem and it's not 1 night here or there it's every night
well Wed and Thurs I don't have the pirates so I'm on my own (not for long lol) and I tend to leave a little later sometimes.
thanks for mentioning those of us without children. I do leave on time for the most part, so I can rush home and get in a Google+ hangout!
Depends on where you work. I was putting in the hours from home as well, but the perception of being in the office late was more important than what was actually being accomplished.
