This Hangout will either be completely empty or full of people waiting to chat. As someone that had more than her fair share of 'mean girls' during middle & high school I know the results first-hand.

"Mean Girls" – Hangout On Air : Monday April 2, 2012 9pm EST

This is a topic that has been in the front of my thoughts for a long time now & I thought it would make a great topic for tonight's Hangout. As someone that was on the receiving end of 'mean girls' as a pre/teen, I struggle 30 years later to help my 10 year old daughter through some of the same murky waters.

"Mean Girl Syndrome" is a form of bullying and aggression. I'm curious on your take on the phenomena, if you were bullied – or were the bully. I'm looking to start a dialog with moms & see how we can try to move our daughter's forward in a positive way. Not sure what I'm talking about? Here's a few resources for you:

Girls as young as 3 use social aggression to hurt others. Find out how to short-circuit this behavior early.
