I loved this article. I feel the most powerful asset we have as people is the ability to use our voice. That means we get to use our brains, use reason, use logic, and then create a powerful idea to share with others using our voice. So many of us are natural teachers and leaders, but sometimes fear how powerful we can become by speaking up (and the fallout that sometimes happens). While I think we should speak up for others we also need to learn to use our voices for our own selves.

Whatever you are passionate about, whatever you see needs to be helped or made right – for others or for ourselves – THAT is why we NEED to learn to use our voice loud and clear.

All of this is very understandable. There are many reasons, particularly as women, that we want to hide. We have — in a way — been trained this way. It keeps us safe.
