Here's a perfectly gorgeous example of SPYW (Search Plus Your World). I was chatting with +Brian Solis last night in Philly and needed a piece of info about him today, so I turned to Google search. Notice all the 'people' icons all over the search results for Brian. I know he's a smart guy & has most likely had his information in Google+ and on his digital properties optimized to display better.
I'm almost done fine-tuning all my content to reflect this as well. Glad to know that it looks really good and offers searchers a rich content experience.
Note: I love how Wikipedia is the odd man out… o_O

Earlier this week I was researching answers to some questions about analytics, and I used Search Plus Your World to find items from +Christopher Penn and others. Sure, I'd probably bookmarked or saved them elsewhere, but this made it very convenient. And, since I trust what Chris says about analytics and had put him in one of my circles, it made all the more sense to see what he'd said about it.
So how does one do this… whatever needs doing?
Brian was in Philadelphia last night?
When you do a search, +Rick Wolff look for the icons of people in your Google+ circles at the very top. You can see them in Lynette's picture.
What's your favorite part of Search Plus Your World?
+Daniel Johnson, Jr. It sounded like +Lynette Young was showing us how +Brian Solis somehow optimized something so that it would look like that.
For me I like SPYW because sometimes I don't remember who in my 'social graph' does/knows something specific and this lets me find it quickly. It sort of acts as my personal, constantly up to date Contact Management System.
+Valeria Maltoni he was in/out for Comcast I think, did a 'tweetup' at National Mechanics.
+Rick Wolff search "rel=author" I'm actually writing a quick eBook on it but it is being technically edited now 😉
Going to check to see what other ebooks you've done.
