+James O'Connor agreed 😉 I'm assuming the Redditors know about SOPA anyhow, what is needed is the 'general use' websites like Facebook, Google (search) and Amazon to get EVERYONES attention.
My only disappointment is that it's only one day. It needs to continue until the legislation is killed.
Google, Amazon, Facebook et all have been discussing doing it on the 23rd last I heard.
I really hope, other companies will follow the example of Reddit! Not sure, if I like the idea of a complete blackout, though… I'd prefer an Anti-SOPA frontpage, which allows the user to click through to the actual service, or which forces the user to wait a couple of seconds to read about SOPA on their first visit on that day and redirect them to the website after that.
