Once again +Danny Sullivan knocks it out of the park. I know enough about SEO to be dangerous and enough to know I NEED to read +Search Engine Land on a daily basis. EVERYONE that does business on the web does.
Why? Because social and search are the only two ways to get FOUND online. Relying on search alone will wind you at the bottom of the pile.
You need to have a razor-sharp laser focus on Google+.
Period. End of discussion.

Real-Life Examples Of How Google's "Search Plus" Pushes Google+ Over Relevancy
The new Google “Search Plus Your World” feature — which I’m now simply calling “Search Plus” — has just gone live for me. Huge debate erupted yesterday over whether it somehow favors Google+. I can se…

it really changes everything. SEO experts are going to have to change A LOT of there practices to address the social component, this is a game changer and we must adapt.
+Brock Predovich it definitely changes everything, but I think in the long run it will be for the good. I think this is going to weed out some of the spammers and scammers that somehow ranked 1st place often! Of course it is work for the good guys and gals to adapt, but we can do it
+Dawn Conklin totally agree, but I think the scammers/spammers will always be there. They'll always figure out a way. What's important here is that there'll be social repercussions and they'll have to adapt to a mature market. IM (internet marketing) is definitely a rapidly maturing industry, I've seen it change a great deal in the last few years. As it matures, you'll see little difference in the approach or traditional marketing and "spammer/scammer" there'll be more accountability so more will have to change.
I haven't got Search plus yet …have those who have actually tested this themselves?
Hi +Clare Cosgrove when you do a search on Google, do you see a couple of people's images on the very top of the page (right below Google) after you hit the search button? It should say personal results next to those pics, I am not sure if everybody has it yet or not. It is pretty cool, getting the hang of it!
oioio
+Dawn Conklin no I haven't it might be that I am in Germany and it hasn't been happened here yet.
+Clare Cosgrove it is very possible. I am not sure how they are doing it. You will probably have it soon I would guess.
Following reading this I have created a page but now I need to work out how to find and edit it. I had to log out of G+ completely to see my own profile but having logged back in I do not know how to edit the page. I am not askibng for your advice as you have worked hard to keep your knowledge up to date just commenting that it is not well explained on G+.
I will now go to see if I can find out online…
PS Thanks for sharing a very interesting article.
+Rufus Evison click on Home and you will see the page symbol next to your name click on that and it will take you to your page and you will then be able to edit it.
