Let's hope that he's not coming to Google+ with the golden touch of Digg, Plurk & Oink. Google Ventures would be a great fit for him!
Nice enough guy I'm sure, but I might just be a better fit for Google+ 😉

Duh. You are a rock star in G+ world!
I actually used Plurk for a while. It was fun in its quirky little way.
Just make sure he is not allowed to name anything.
LOL thanks +Ellen Gerstein – I'm a rockstar with a mountain of laundry from SxSW and a ton of writing to do today! #commongal
It's all good. Happy to do the webinar with you today. I learned a lot, which I know was not the goal, but whatever…
I give it a year.
+J.C. Hutchins starting from ….. NOW! Didn't he have something to do with Fab.com also? That guy gets around 😉
+Liz Gannes Nice article, but the
That kind of ongoing fan engagement could be a boon to Google+, which has been criticized for low engagement and tricky user accounting.
Although you provide your source, really ? WSJ? They have called Google a Ghost town since day 1, every prediction they have stated of google has been wrong, every comparison flawed, and I have even in my own blog pointed out some 'fancy' use of number of their own. Bad source, I am sorry
And, Every time that I find someone who puts down Google (or quotes someone putting down Google) I find they have nobody in their own circles, yes, LOTS of people follow you, but you follow hardly anybody, thus, I can see your stream being quiet, and your life being a ghost town – but if you live in a huge city with a 100 Million population, but you only have 10 friends, and you don't even go see them, then yes, the city would feel like a ghost town
Sorry, Rant over.
Kevin only attracts the geeks though, no one else but us know who he is. Same with +Louis Gray – only the geeks know him & he was a great hire by Google+. No one at my local grocery store knows who these fine fellows are – and that's what they need in here to tip over. Well, I don't want them to 'tip' if that means attracting idiots. I'll stick with the smart folks.
Me too (although this hippy was a geek for 34 years before I retired)
Wow, did not see that coming …
But attracting geeks, albeit a small demographic, is still an addition to the populous and will branch out to increase overall users.
