Hate ads in your Chome window when browsing the Internet? +AdBlock has long been my go-to extension to get rid of all the pesky plastic surgery & expensive shoe advertisements I seem to attract (!!!). Now you have the option of not just hiding advertisements, but replacing them with ZOMG KITTIES!! While AdBlock is free, he is (rightfully) charging a bit for the CatBlock abilities. SO worth it – not only do you block ads, but you get a constant stream of ZOMG KITTIES!! in your browser. I'll be signing already signed up for it!

CatBlock (chromeadblock.com/catblock/download/) now lets you turn it into MonkeyBlock, PonyBlock, SunsetsOnTheBeachBlock, or PicturesFromMyVacationWithAlexBlock. Head to CatBlock's Options to choose a topic or a photo album online.
And the default set of cat photos is now "The Cats of CatBlock Users". Install CatBlock and follow the instructions to send in your cat's photo, and they'll be internet famous!
A big thanks to those of you that are using CatBlock — your payment helps fund AdBlock's development. You are great.
Enjoy 🙂

LOL This is great!
i'm using it! also using toggle all for facebook and Another useful tip is to add your business's website to your Facebook business page, using apps like MyWebees ( http://bit.ly/GRK50g ). That way your Facebook fans can browse your entire website without leaving the familiar settings of their Facebook profile.

Now THIS is worth paying for 🙂
As a software developer and Website designer, I have to admit that while this idea is cute, I hate AdBlocker! Those ads that people find so annoying is what is paying for the content/application/whatever that you are consuming/using.
You want to know "WHY?" traditional media companies drag their heels with publishing shows, news, etc on the Internet. Well, here is an excellent example.
Do you like and want to work for free? Neither does that person you are stealing from in the form of ad revenue. Instead of paying a subscriber fee the "cost" for this content is passive. If you don't want to pay the price, you don't have the right to just "take it." Nobody is forcing you to click on an ad, but they are there for a reason. Provide the owner of that content the same right to earn a living that you would expect for yourself.
No they sell my data. I can block the ads.
So, based on that theory. Since Supermarkets sell the data they collect from their discount cards, I can just go and take groceries from the store and not pay for them.
(And while yes, the advertisers themselves may in fact sell the data (OK yes, some definitely do), it is not them, but the content provider that you are stealing from)
