I think I pushed it a bit too much yesterday (I had 3 events planned but only wound up taking my daughter out to an event we had scheduled before I scheduled my arm surgery). The two work events had to be postponed. Just being out of the house yesterday was tiring & I feel like I need all of today to recoup. I have to type one-handed because Windows 7 dictation just produces too many errors even with a lot of training (maybe it's my Jersey Girl accent??) Typing upwards of 10,000 words a day takes me 10x as long, but work needs to get done, books finished, and clients need to be happy. For now I hunt & peck through my day!!
I have been thinking about how I will move my business forward while I am forced to sit still and slow down. I am working on workshops for professional women as well as individual and group coaching models. Mentoring circles and support. Encouragement and tactical skills. A place to vent and regroup. A place to learn how and when to use your voice online loud and clear. THESE are the things I will focus on.

One of the things my trainer and I talked about is that your body needs to utilize some of your energy to heal… so even if an activity doesn't hurt (whatever needs to mend) that doesn't mean you aren't diverting much-needed resources that should be focused on healing.

That's how life sometimes goes,slow done sit stil,inspiration,,mindflow,hell yeah make the best out of what cames out of it…..or something like that..
Bed rest is the best time to catch up on things.
