Today is our 6th anniversary, and it’s SUSHI for dinner. There are NO good places near us for Japanese, or any type of Asian food for that matter (how I’d love a big bowl of noodles). So we’ve got to drive about 35-40 minutes to get there, but it’s worth it. We can find, no lie, at least 30 Italian places within 10 minutes of us, in any direction. This has always made me nuts. Maybe you can find Indian food, depending on where you live (more further north in the state…follows the population). FORGET anything else, you’ve got to travel into either NYC or Philadelphia. Not that a trip to Le Bec-Fin or Morimoto’s would do any harm except to my wallet! I’ve been attempting to cook Asian food, but honestly my ethnic background of Polish and Italian make it pretty hard to do well!
