I just discovered your show. It was very interesting.
You made me nostalgic for the roller-skating parties that were all the rage for grammar school kids in the early 1980’s. And I was always thrilled when they did a “couple skate” and a girl picked me to skate with her. (sigh. . . simpler times) Do they even make roller skates anymore?
Your audio sounded great. (And I am jealous of your studio set-up I just saw on this site)
I cringed when you talked about homemade spit screens. A word of advice. Always check with the person whose hosiery you are stealing first. I took from my wife what I thought was a hosiery package of something she never used (she had it for years, collecting dust in the closet) Turns out it was some $90 dollar pair of collector/limited edition hosiery that she recieved as a gift while studying abroad in Europe.
She freaked when she saw what I did. And now I have the world’s most expensive, terribly made spit screen that I can not even look at.
Parents who take candy from kids at Halloween should be severly punished!
